i cant lift my arm up,not even 45 degrees~
sian to the max~
it still hurts now,yes yes,now.

im gonna tell him i cant lift and i'll play the melody!

oh well,i didnt manage to.eh qn on discrimination is so damn hard lah!i ended up doin environment.waste my time memorising all the facts on discrimination-_-
